I'm a self employed comic shop owner with a day job. I have some help at the store, thank heavens. I started my shop because I couldn't find a store I liked; also because I have a serious comic book habit. I can't afford them, and I can't lay off 'em.

I'm a skilled amateur photographer, I use a Nikon D70S; love it. I just got a Nikon Coolpix S10 for snapshots and places where you can't take the bigger rig, and it's bitchen.

I studied art and film, and went to private art college; I'm a lesbian in a long term relationship (25 years as of Dec 2008) - my partner is a composer of video game, television and film music, as well as a semi-famous rock and roller.
