Chicablog's Author Summary
Chicablog joined wikiHow on July 4, 2007. She found wH when she had a bad case of the hiccups, so she Yahoo! searched for hiccup remedies. She was instantly addicted. She did some editing, mostly spelling/grammar edits before she registered just 3 weeks later. She hopes to be a wikiHowian for a lot longer. What she loves the most about wikiHow is the great personalities of the wH editors. She loves how everyone is willing to help her out. Without them, she'd probably not have the nearly 2000 contributions that she has today. She does have an addiction to wH, primarily patrolling, copyediting, and IRC.
Chicablog feels that she's done a lot in her few months at wikiHow. Chicablog is a member of the Welcome team, the RC patrollers, and the IRC addicts :P. She has welcomed at least 600 new users and patrolled at least 6000 edits. She usually has one tab with the IRC chatroom, and another one or two with an article she's editing.

Chicablog's Life
Chicablog lives in a beach townhouse with her mom. Her grandmother and great-grandmother live about an hour and a half away. She visits them often, along with her many cousins that live in that area. She attends a school about a half hour bus ride from her house, so she gets an hour of extra sleep :P She is a good student, having only gotten one F on a 5-question math quiz. She cleans out her binder every week, and wishes she could do the same with her locker. Her family is proud of her grades, and supportive of her hopes to study journalism at Yale University.
