Unlock an
Audiovox CDM 9000 cell phone without the unlock
code, while locked.
- Power on the phone. Phone will say "Phone Lock".
- Hold down the RCL, *, and 2 keys all at once.
- Tap the END (power) button. (while still holding down rcl, *
and 2 ) The phone will reboot into test mode.
- Press 127, followed by SEND. An 8 digit code is displayed. The
unlock code is comprised of the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th digits of
this 8 digit code. For example, a code of 87654321 has an unlock
code of 7531.
- Remove and replace the battery.
- Turn on the phone.
- now just type in the 4 digit unlock code.
- The programming code is 2, 8, 9, FNC, #, 1. This needs to be
entered within 10 seconds of start up.

- You can fry your phone if you place it into test mode and screw
around.
- Reprogramming your phone is not for a novice.
