Your entire body and immune system may be under attack by a tiny one cell invader commonly referred to as Candida. In its simple-yeast form, Candida is harmless, but an overgrowth of Candida Albicans usually results in a yeast infection. This tiny one-cell parasite attaches itself to the intestinal wall and if left unchecked becomes a permanent resident of your internal organs.

[edit] Steps

  1. Check to see if you have a Candida Yeast Infection by following the steps below:
  2. When you awake in the morning, before you put anything into your mouth, work up some saliva and deposit it into a clear glass of water.
  3. After about 15 to 30 minutes, look through the side of the glass. If there are strings coming down from your saliva, or if the water turned cloudy, or if your saliva sank to the bottom… you may have a yeast or fungal concern

[edit] Tips

  • Maintaining proper balance of ‘good bacteria/flora’ in the intestines is the key.
  • Remember the basics from Biology 101, the intestinal tract is the nutrition processing center for the human body.
  • So, in order to make sure we attack intestinal tract infections at the epi-center of effective processing, we must make sure that any medication or nutritional supplement we take gets past the acid of the stomach into the "processing center" of the intestines.
