How to Stargaze the Relaxed Way

At last, the night sky was clear and you have planned to go out for stargazing for an hour or more. You packed up with your bag, along with your trusty stargazers' notebook and you are off. While watching the stars, you felt uncomfortable! It is leg cramps. You noticed that you have been standing for too long. Here are the steps to avoid the pain:

- Bring along a foldable chair to sit on. This will make your stargazing search more relaxed and you will not strain your arms. (If you are stargazing with a binoculars).
- Sit down on the grass, put legs straight. This will let the blood in the veins flow or else your legs will go numb.
- If sitting on the grass is not your style, you can bring one cushion and sit on it or maybe a blanket, if you like.
- Roll out a mat or a blanket, if you prefer to lie on and watch the stars.

- Take along some relaxing music and try to find the star formations.
- You might want to bring a tent and watch the stars and in case of emergency,you have everything inside your tent.
- For better comfort, bring along your pillow or cushion and lie on it.
