[edit] Steps

  1. Go to www.orbitersim.com, and go to the section on the Nav-Bar (part of page that you click on to go to a different part of the website). Check your system requirements, if they are good, download them. In the .zip file, click on extract files, and you may have to make a new folder called, "Orbiter".
  2. Go to orbiter.dansteph.com, and go to download and download Orbiter Sound 3.0. In the installer, go to the orbiter folder and install. Then do the same for DG IV.
  3. On the dansteph site, click on forum and join the forum!

[edit] Tips

  • If you have dial-up internet, e-mail a friend with broadband to save the files onto a disk or flash drive. Then ask them to give you the files and install from there.
  • If your computer can support it then go ahead and download the texture lvl 10 add-ons on the orbiter web site.
