Find a cool piece of fabric that you like! Make sure you have a lot of this fabric to work with.
Fold the fabric in half. This way you'll have a front and a back for your Funny Doll.
Take a marker and make a design on the fabric, still folding the fabric in half.
Cut out your design. It is important to keep the fabric folded in half.
Sew any pieces of ribbon, any buttons or anything at all you want on your Funny Doll before you sew the doll together. It is much more difficult to do this once your doll is all put together.
The sides of the fabric that you want your Funny Doll to be made of put together leaving the sides of the fabric that you don't want your Funny Doll to made out of on the outside.
Begin sewing the two pieces together leaving an opening large enough to fit stuffing through.
Reach in the opening and put the doll inside out.
Start stuffing your Funny Doll until you are satisfied with the amount of fluffiness!
Sew the opening you made shut! Now your ugly doll is almost complete!
You can plug in your hot glue gun and glue on some googly eyes! This part is optional
Enjoy your doll! Show it off to your friends and share with them your new found talent!

If you use a machine for sewing it will be less likely the chance that the stuffing will fall out. When people hand sew, they tend to leave gaps in the fabric.

Any choice of fabric (make sure you have a lot of it)
A needle and thread (or a sewing machine)
Pieces of thread, buttons, googly eyes, or anything else you want on your Funny Doll.
Stuffing (if you don't have stuffing, buy a box of tissues! It's less effective but it will work!)
