Ever pour a cup of beer from a fresh keg and have to wait until the head disappears before you can finish filling it up to the top? Well there is a way to quickly get rid of the beer head without pouring it out.
[edit] Steps
- Take your dry finger and rub it on the side of your nose a few times.
- Dip your finger in your beer head and swirl it around until all the tiny bubbles pop.
- Pour more beer.
- add olive oil over the top
[edit] Tips
- Make sure that your finger is dry before rubbing it on your nose - you will collect more oil that way.
- The oil from your face will break the surface tension of the bubbles.
- A small amount of salt from a shaker will also work, if you don't want to use your nose-oil.
