Ever pour a cup of beer from a fresh keg and have to wait until the head disappears before you can finish filling it up to the top? Well there is a way to quickly get rid of the beer head without pouring it out.

[edit] Steps

  1. Take your dry finger and rub it on the side of your nose a few times.
  2. Dip your finger in your beer head and swirl it around until all the tiny bubbles pop.
  3. Pour more beer.
  4. add olive oil over the top

[edit] Tips

  • Make sure that your finger is dry before rubbing it on your nose - you will collect more oil that way.
  • The oil from your face will break the surface tension of the bubbles.
  • A small amount of salt from a shaker will also work, if you don't want to use your nose-oil.
