Tic Tac Toe is a simple and fun game that can be played almost anywhere.

Prepare for the game by arranging a 3x3 grid of squares.
Once you have this, you are ready to start playing. This is a game for two players, and you should choose who goes first.
The first person chooses to use either X's or O's. These symbols will be placed on the grid, in the attempt to have three of them in a row.
The players take turns putting their symbol on the grid.
The first player to have 3 of their symbols in a row, whether it is horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, is the winner.

The 3x3 grid can easily be created by drawing two vertical lines and two horizontal lines. The lines should overlap and look somewhat like a number sign (#)
Neither player can win nor lose unless their opponent makes a mistake. The outcome will usually be a draw.
