Have you ever wanted to smoke in a healthy way, but did´t want to spend several hundred dollars on a vaporizer? This article is just right for you then.

[edit] Steps

  1. Put two holes into the bottle cap, and put the straw through one of them. (make sure that hole is air tight at the cracks. If it´s not, roll some tape around the sides.)The other hole is so you can later breathe in the vapor.
  2. Cut out the bottom part of the bottle.
  3. Cut a piece of aluminum foil, that fits around the edges of where you have just cut.
  4. Tape the aluminum foil onto the bottom of the bottle making sure it´s air tight (no air can get through little cracks, etc.)
  5. Now comes the fun part...
  6. Put in the herb you would like to smoke through the top of the bottle, and after, screw the cap with the straw onto the almost finished vaporizer. Now it´s finished. Hold a lighter (or match) under the aluminum foil, until you see your herb releasing whitish vapor (during this process, cover the second hole of the bottle cap with your finger). When there is enough in the bottle, release the hole you are holding and suck through the straw.

[edit] Warnings

  • All holes and cracks should be airtight.
  • Inhaling burnt chemicals found in aluminum foil is extremely dangerous for the lungs and overall health.
  • This is not actually vaporization, as the heat produced by a common lighter is still the same; still enough to make the herb combust. Vaporization is healthy (and expencive) because the temperature at which the active ingredients steam off but DONT combust the actual organic material is very specific and difficult to control with simple lighting techniques. A hot plate with a temperature device would work much better.
  • Essentially, smoking in this fashion is pointless. The herb is still combsting, but now it has all the awful industrial chemicals present in household-grade aluminum. The logic of this tecnique is flawed from the get-go.

[edit] Things You'll Need

  • Plastic Bottle (with cap)
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Tape
  • Straw
