How to Make a Scratch off Paper
Here's a fun art project that creates great looking pictures with a cool color effect.

- Using bright, colorful pastels make patches of color all over the paper. When finished, there should be spots or bars of color covering the whole paper.
- Use a black pastel to cover over the whole page, layering it over the colors.
- Create your image by scraping the paper with a coin, toothpick, pencil, or other sharp object. Try experimenting with different objects to create diffent "brush strokes."
- Cover up any mistakes by re-applying the black pastel over the problem area.
