A true raspberry delight in a blended smoothie treat. Here is a recipe for a raspberry smoothie.

  • 9 ounces (250 grams) of raspberries
  • 9 ounces (250 ml) of plain yogurt
  • 5 ounces (150 ml) of skimmed milk
  • ice cubes

  1. Pour the ingredients into the blender
  2. Place the lid on and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve by pouring the blender's contents into a glass.
