How to Make a Purple Screen on Your Nintendo DS Lite
Nintendo DS Lites are extremely popular these days. You can play games, set the time and date, even personalize or play against other people with their own. The Nintendo DS Lite may seem perfect, but there is a glitch in the system. Do you want to know it? Well then, read this, and you'll be a pro in seconds!
[edit] Steps
- Insert the game card,(Nintendo DS only)into the Nintendo DS Lite slot.
- Turn the DS Lite power on.
- Enter the Menu screen. You should then see a menu title called "PICTOCHAT" , use the buttons or the touch screen to enter that "activity."
- Reach the screen, and you should see a series of different rooms you can go into. They are labeled A, B, C, and D.
- Take out the game inserted in the DS.
- You should notice that the screen will turn purple.
[edit] Tips
- This also works for the regular DS. However, the screen turns green, yellow, or it could also be a dark, navy blue.
- This also helps if you do not use the touch screen, you won't make as many mistakes.
[edit] Warnings
- If you used "auto mode",(Going directly to the game.) take out the game, set it to manual mode, which is in the options section. (The tiny DS at the bottom.) Otherwise, this will not work.
- If you accidentally enter a room, turn the DS off, it will not work if you do so.
- This may also damage your system or game slot, however, it will not happen most of the time.
