How to Make a Bacon and Ham Sandwich

You might have heard of this protein packed delight, but one bite and you will understand why this is called a magical sandwich. This Canadian sandwich may be considered a variation of a ham and cheese sandwich by some.

Magical Delicious Sandwich

[edit] Steps

  1. Preheat a large frying pan. Allow the pan to heat to a medium high heat, apply a light spritzing of olive or peanut oil.
  2. Fry the Bacon. Place 4 strips of bacon in the frying pan and cook until brown but not crispy.
  3. Fry the Ham. When the bacon is almost done place 3-5 thin slices of Black Forrest Ham on top of the bacon and allow it to heat through (cooks quickly) until lumpy looking. Fold ham over and remove Bacon from frying pan. Allow Ham to lightly brown on both sides.
  4. Assemble the Magical Sandwich. Place 4 folded or wrinkled strips of bacon on a slice of bread. Place 3-5 (depending on desired thickness) slices of cooked Black Forrest Ham on the Bacon. Place 1 slice of Kraft singles cheese on the cooked Black Forrest Ham. Top with a final slice of bread.
  5. Serve Immediately. Slice Diagonally with a sharp knife and serve while still hot with a cold drink.
