How to Make Snowcream
This really only works if you have access to snow... Try it and see how you like it.

- Put the clean snow in a bowl and add the cream. Wait until the cream gets absorbed, then add more cream if you want.
- Add the sugar and vanilla. Be very careful with this, too much of either ruins the whole dish.
- Taste test it.
- Stir until it's evenly mixed. You shouldn't see any lumps of sugar, dark spots etc.
- Serve.

- Be sensible about how much of the ingredients you want to put in.. You aren't trying to float the snowcream. Wait until the ingredient gets absorbed by the snow, taste, then add more if you wish.

- Make sure you gather the snow from spots where it looks pure and undisturbed - no car tracks, footprints... no yellow snow.
