- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 pounds top sirloin steak, sliced
- 2 cups chunky pasta sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup red wine

- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and saute until tender.
- Add steak strips.
- Turn the strips so that all sides get browned.
- Add tomato sauce, garlic and red wine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through.
