How to Make Seafood Fettuccini
This is how to prepare some seafood fettuccini. No need to go out to a fancy restaurant for good seafood when you could do it right at home! Here's how.
[edit] Steps
- Put a big pot of water on to boil for the pasta.
- Melt the butter with the garlic in a non-stick skillet. Put the cod in to cook.
- Remove the fish from the pan once it is cooked, and chop it up.
- Sprinkle the flour on the hot butter and cook it up until it is smooth and bubbly. Add the whole milk a little at a time until it gets hot, and the sauce is a little thinner than you would prefer.
- Add the fish and shrimp [or any seafood you want]. Add the Parmesan cheese in to melt.
- Serve it up over the cooked noodles.
[edit] Tips
- Try serving this recipe with a green salad, garlic bread, and white wine/iced water.
- This recipe will feed a family. Use half the recipe, if cooking for a couple.
- This recipe, like many, is only a guideline. You can add or reduce things in it to make it your very own. Instead of seafood, you can use just veggies or chicken or whatever you think will be good in it. Maybe you would rather have Seafood Macaroni.
[edit] Warnings
- Remember to be mindful about seafood allergies, if you are cooking for guests.
- This recipe is really fattening, it will kill your diet.
