How to Make Rigatoni
Not much of a cook? Well, this recipe is easy and the whole family will enjoy it!

- 1lb of sausage (mild)
- 2 cups of rigatoni noodles
- 1 jar of pasta sauce
- 2 cups of grated provolone cheese
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese

- Brown the sausage in a saucepan. Drain when browned.
- Boil the noodles until soft (about 10 minutes).
- Place the cooked noodles over the bottom of a 9X13-inch pan, or a bigger one if the noodles are piling too deeply.
- Mix the sausage and the sauce together.
- Mix both cheeses together.
- Pour the sauce and meat mixture over the noodles, then pour all of the cheese on top of the meat, sauce, and noodles.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until the cheese melts.
[edit] Tips
- Sometimes you can go to the store and buy packages of the two kinds of cheeses already mixed together.
- To make things go a little faster, boil the noodles while the meat is browning.
