How to Make Puppy Chow
Contrary to the name, this is not for dogs. This is a sugary-sweet chocolate peanut butter snack that every kid adores!

- 9 cups crispy rice cereal squares
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners'(powder) sugar

- Get all the ingredients.
- Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat; add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until coated.
- Pour powdered sugar into large paper bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated. Store in airtight container.
The finished product! Yum!

- Instead of using the stove, you can put the things in the microwave*!.
- When using the microwave oven heat the chocolate in 15 second intervals to ensure it does not burn. Stir chocolate every 15 seconds to ensure the chocolate melts evenly!

- Not for people with peanut allergies has peanut butter in it!
- Do NOT give to dogs! Chocolate has an ingredient called theobromine also known as 'dog poison'.
