How to Make Poke Salad
Have you ever eaten anything growing in the wild? Well here is your chance to try something delicious.

- Find little shoots of green clusters that look like they have rhubarb stems 8 to 10 inches tall. This is poke-weed.
- Collect enough for a meal.
- Wash it well.
- Chop it up and mix with Corn meal.
- Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a fry pan.
- Place the mixture of poke and corn meal in the fry pan.
- Cook until crisp and brown.
- Cool off enough and enjoy.
