How to Make Jello Oranges

Just add Jello!
Just add Jello!

Ever wanted to amaze your guests and please children? Well, making Jello oranges is a great and easy way.

[edit] Ingredients

  • Desired amount of oranges
  • Orange flavored Jello (still in the packet)

[edit] Steps

  1. Cut an orange in half and pull out the insides.
  2. Make orange flavored Jello. Don't do anything with it just yet.
  3. Pour the Jello into each orange half.
  4. Put each orange half in the fridge and leave them until they set.
  5. Take the halves out of the fridge and cut each half in half. Your Jello orange should now be in fourths.
  6. Neatly arrange the orange slices on a plate.
  7. Serve to guests (Or eat them all yourself!)

[edit] Tips

  • You may want to put each half on a plate or in a bowl to prevent spilling any of the liquid Jello in your fridge.
  • You can try experimenting by using different flavors of Jello.
  • You can also use a grapefruit, lime, lemon, or other thick-skinned fruit for this.
  • You can make this in larger quantities by using more oranges and more Jello.

[edit] Warnings

  • Be considerate of possible citrus allergies and refrain from serving to anyone with such an issue.

[edit] Things You'll Need
