How to Make Country Red Rice
Make some country red rice and your friends will love it.

- Buy some smoke sausage and three cans of diced tomatoes with the spices in it that you like.
- Get a big pot put it on the stove about medium low.
- Start your rice in another pot.
- Melt some butter in the pot and dump your tomatoes, all three cans, into the pot.
- Keep stirring it, about every five minutes, to make sure the bottom doesn't burn.
- Add the sausage, sliced into circles then cut in quarters.
- Put two cups of ketchup.
- Add the rice.
- Let it sit with the lid on for ten minutes.
