How to Look Good for a Special Occasion

There are some occasions where you need to go just that little bit extra to look good. Here's how.

[edit] Steps

  1. Be careful about the dress you choose. Black dresses are classic but have to be a good cut otherwise they look boring. Make sure your dress really fits and you're not just choosing it for fabric or style. Only show one part of your body. If your dress shows a lot of cleavage make sure it isn't too short.
  2. Go easy on makeup; if you cake it on you will look and feel fake and you'll be worrying if it's all smudged all night. Mascara can look amazing on a bare face.
  3. Wear heels only if you can walk in them otherwise you'll look stupid, ballet flats look really good with dresses.

[edit] Tips

  • Take some mints with you. You don't want bad breath.
