How to Help Dull Pain (Without Medication)
Are you a person who is accident prone/ gets hurt often, and sometimes medications are unavailable/ you are holistic?

- Take deep breaths. Breathing helps your body slow down and it calms your body and mind.
- Keep your hands limp and focus on them. They should start to feel tingly and warm, this is good keep it up.
- Take your newly energized hands and pass them over the body pain slowly. doing it to fast will have no effect whatsoever. If you can do it with out it hurting too much, place your hands directly on the pain.
- Close your eyes and breath in and out slowly, keeping your hand(s) on the pain.
- Visualize redness around the pain, and have it go to blue. This is something that helps me because it makes my mind actually think about the pain receding.

- If you can go to a place secluded
- Meditating beforehand helps (not medication!)
- nursing the wound at first is okay
- Test yourself see if it hurts less or at all
