How to Go to School/Work Sick

Sick but need to go to school or work? Well, Here is your solution.

  1. If you know you are sick, get up, eat breakfast, have a drink and see how you feel. You may not need any medications to go to school/work!
  2. Take some Tylenol, Advil, or any other pain reliever/ fever reducer before school/work.
  3. If it's allergies that is your problem, take any over-the-counter allergy medications, antihistamines, or anything that you know will help them.
  4. If you are having asmtha problems, take your inhaler as often as possible. This will usually help.

  • DO NOT go to school/work if you have a fever of over 101.
  • DO NOT go to school/work if you are throwing up or know you may throw up. An accident at school or the workplace will just embarrass you and you will have to go home anyway. DON'T DO IT!
