[edit] Steps

  1. Identify a good friend as the target for your noogie. Ideally, they have done something to you to deserve this dubious show of friendship.
  2. Wait for an opportune time to unleash the noogie. The target should be docile, and unsuspecting of any tomfoolery.
  3. Approach from either side, and using your forearm and bicep, swiftly put your target into a headlock, bringing his/her head tightly against your own ribs.
  4. With your free hand, form a fist and immediately start rubbing your knuckles across your victim's scalp. This should be done firmly and rapidly, and without excessive striking.
  5. Continue rubbing your knuckles into their scalp as long as you can hold onto your victim, or until you feel they have taken enough punishment.

[edit] Tips

  • Stealth is key; the element of surprise is your best friend. Be careful, lest you be discovered and find the tables turned back on you.
  • Speed is your next best friend. Most people don't like headlocks, and your time to execute the noogie could be very short.
  • Know when to say when. If you make your friend cry, you've most likely noogied for too long.

[edit] Warnings

  • Watch your back for about the next six months after unloading a solid noogie. Revenge is sweet, and sure to come.
