- Use whatever color T-Shirt you like; T-shirts without logos work easier.
- With the sleeves at the sides, bring the T-Shirt over your head until the collar rests at the top of your head.
- Rest the back of the collar at your forehead, just above the brow line, and the front of the collar on your nose.
- Bring the sleeves around to the back, and tie them off.
- Make any adjustments to fit properly and comfortably. Hide all tags and logos (if applicable).
- Make sure the hood covers all but the area between eyebrows and the bridge of the nose.If you don't do this you could hit a wall.
