How to Disable a Phone Line from Inside the House
This will teach you how to make a phone line busy from inside the house using only a phone cord and wire strippers.

- Cut the end off the phone cord, leaving yourself about 5 inches of slack from the end plug.
- At this point you will find one of two things, 2 wires or 4 wires (they are small, usually red green purple or yellow).
- Regardless of how many wires there are, strip all of them and tie them all together.
- Plug it into a phone jack in the wall and the line will be busy until it is removed.
