How to Create a Printed List of Files or MP3s
You've got backup files, documents, MP3s, etc. but now you need to generate a printable list so you don't have to load each medium to see whats on each one. Follow these instructions to do just that.

- Download and install Winamp from http://www.winamp.com/.
- Open Winamp and open the playlist window if it's not already open by clicking the PL button.
- Open up the folders, floppy disks or CDs you want to make a printable file of in Windows Explorer. Select all files and drag them onto the Winamp playlist.
- At the bottom of the Winamp playlist, press the MISC button, then MISC OPT, then Generate HTML playlist or simply press CTRL+ALT+G.
- Print the resulting HTML view of your files.

- To fit the list onto a CD case, copy the HTML into a word processor, then format the list to 6 columns, font size 6, landscape, widen the columns and adjust the margins.
