This type of hairstyle is very cute and can be used many places. The following lists the steps on making a "Half Messy Bun and Plaits".

- Brush your hair so there are no knots.
- Split your hair in half and put the top half in a side pony.
- Put your side pony in a loose bun and pull strands out for the "messy bun" look.
- Split the bottom half into 2 pieces from the back and plait loosely.
- Secure with thin bands.
- Add an accessory of your choice.(A hair band always looks cuter.)

- If your hair is not long enough to do this then try pinning your loose bits back with clips.
