  1. Before deciding which food to pick you should contact your vet and make sure that they agree with your choice.

    • When feeding a puppy, you must give it the right amount of food. When animals are bloated is very painful and sometimes disastrous.

      You should only feed puppy every four or five hours to avoid over-eating. When animals overeat, it can result in a bloating or even more serious health problems, as poor circulation or trouble walking and functioning.
    • It is very important to watch a puppy from a safe distance while it is eating. If very young puppies are alone while snacking, they may choke.
    • Don`t let your puppy snack on garbage in the streets while walking. This will usually give them diarrhea or a nasty stomach virus.
    • Before changing a puppy's diet, contact your vet. Puppies should usually have their diet changed when they are about 6 months old.

  • Avoid giving you puppy extra snacks or table scraps. It is okay to give them a little people-food every now and then, but they should eat their recommended food mostly.
